Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. A Day in the The Life as an Accounting Analyst
*Perform financial planning and analysis , consolidation of forecasts and budgets
*Utilize analytical math skills to identify trending and forecasting of key financial and resource management data
*Present financial reports and estimates to decision makers
*Utilize technical skills to create charts and graphs for visual understanding
*Evaluate system pricing and any contract changes that will impact budgets
*Create and maintain budget analysis detail
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required. Minimum two years of experience in accounting or analytics. A strong candidate will have excellent presentation and will highly value continuous communication with the Finance Team, Resource Management Team and leadership across the agency. You will be able to exhibit financial and analytical skills by reviewing budgets, auditing reports, performing mathematical operations related to discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentage, area, etc. We looking for a team member that is able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; all in conjunction with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, graph, chart or diagram form while discerning abstract and concrete variables.
