The Attendance & Time Off Administrator II maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all government regulations and laws and advises employees on company policy, guidelines, and documentation requirements. Administers and supports employee-qualified leave of absence programs such as sick leave, accident leave, short- and long-term disability, and FMLA. Being an Attendance & Time Off Administrator II coordinates with managers to develop modified work scheduling or return to work accommodations connected to a leave of absence. Monitors and tracks absence status, documentation, and return to work dates. In addition, Attendance & Time Off Administrator II may be involved in plan or policy design and vendor selection and oversight. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Attendance & Time Off Administrator II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as an Attendance & Time Off Administrator II typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
