Being an Order Fulfillment Clerk I confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays. Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Clerk I may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor.
