The Loan Officer I is responsible for approving complex loans and supporting credit team with structuring and pricing simpler loans. Oversees lending activity for a market vertical and/or geographic area. Being a Loan Officer I requires a bachelor's degree of finance or related field. Assess risk and ensures adherence to bank credit policies and procedures. In addition, Loan Officer I typically reports to top management. Loan Officer I is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
