The Manager of Regional Human Resources ensures existing programs in compliance with government regulations. Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Being a Manager of Regional Human Resources typically requires a bachelor's degree. May lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. In addition, Manager of Regional Human Resources typically reports to a Director or top executive. The Manager of Regional Human Resources manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Working as a Manager of Regional Human Resources typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
