Acts as the customer's go-to banking resource to deliver in-branch services, referrals, and product information, resulting in enhanced satisfaction and broadened customer relationships. Being a Personal Banker II provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. In addition, Personal Banker II requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a Personal Banker II works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Working as a Personal Banker II typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
