Commercial Credit Analysis Manager manages the commercial credit analysis function that collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares detailed credit analysis evaluating the terms and creditworthiness of commercial loan applications. Incorporates steps to verify the accuracy of sources of information, including financial statements, collateral appraisals, credit scores, and cash flow analysis. Being a Commercial Credit Analysis Manager implements best practices and standard methodologies to assign risk ratings to loans, calculate essential ratios and complete an analysis of the applicant's financial status. Develops standardized formats for credit memos that facilitate review and include essential ratios, supporting information, an executive summary, and objective recommendations. Additionally, Commercial Credit Analysis Manager oversees processes and workflows to prepare credit reports for loan officers and loan committees that meet loan review schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Credit Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
