Monitors project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to increase efficiency. Additionally, Environmental Engineering Manager ensures policies, practices, and procedures are followed by the team. Monitors the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local environmental legislation. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. Typically reports to a director. The Environmental Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
