Innovation Director advances the vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to innovate new products and services, introduce novel or disruptive ideas, improve existing processes, and create a culture of innovation within the company. Embraces an innovation strategy and defines and implements objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals that add value to stakeholders. Being an Innovation Director directs and champions innovation projects and oversees resources and budgets. Seeks out new opportunities with partners or alliances that support innovation efforts.
