Marketing Communications Supervisor supervises the day-to-day activities required to implement marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Ensures that consistent themes, messaging, and branding are applied throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communications Supervisor supports communications campaigns throughout the project cycle. Oversees budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables. Additionally, Marketing Communications Supervisor coordinates trade show and conference planning and execution to showcase products and amplify messaging. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Marketing Communications Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Communications Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
