Books revenue, performs reconciliations, prepares analysis, and calculates and distributes royalty checks. Being a Production Revenue Accountant II submits and prepares reports and filings that comply with applicable regulations and practices. Familiar with specialized oil and gas software used to optimize accounting operations. Additionally, Production Revenue Accountant II has experience and knowledge of accounting practices that are specific to the oil and gas industry. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Revenue Accountant II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
