Reviews performance metrics and reports to ensure solutions enhance business processes and align with business objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require certification in RPA vendor-specific tools. Typically reports to a director. The RPA Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
