SAP Business Analysis Supervisor leads the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates resources and workflow and implements policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and drive continuous process improvement. Being an SAP Business Analysis Supervisor documents and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and SAP functionality.
