The purpose of this position is to provide excellent service to clients by analyzing and processing HRA, FSA and Carrier Claims.

Responsibilities include:

• Check entered claims for accuracy and print and process reimbursement checks.
• Audit accounts to ensure benefit plan maintains its integrity.
• Recover overpayments.
• Process refunds.

• Perform miscellaneous administrative responsibilities such as word processing, preparing copies, creating envelopes and mailing labels
• Document all activity in agency database(s).
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship and rapport with each client.
• Perform back up responsibilities in absence of other claims analysts and patient advocates.
• Perform your job in such a manner that other employees will consider it a pleasure and privilege to work with you.
•  Adhere to client service standards of the department and agency.
•  Attend and complete any training sessions or assignments as required.
•  Perform other tasks or projects as needed/assigned.

Attend and participate in weekly and monthly Department Meetings.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred, basic working knowledge required. 
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive and self-motivated.
• Team player and task-orientation.
• Good communication skills and courteous telephone skills.
• Positive Attitude.
