Responsibilities

• Process enrollment/eligibility changes in our claims system and other Third Party Administrator systems.
• Document enrollment / eligibility changes in Agency Management System database (s).
• Update enrollment/eligibility procedure changes in Agency Management System database (s).
• Perform enrollment/eligibility database audits.
• Process payroll vendor eligibility reports. (i.e. ADP for Century).
• Communicate with other enrollment staff for COBRA and Carrier processing.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship and rapport with each client.
• Handle or refer all requests by our clients.
• Perform back up responsibilities in absence of other employees, primarily for other enrollment processors.
• Perform your job in such a manner that other employees will consider it a pleasure and privilege to work with you.
• Adhere to client service standards of the department and agency.
• Attend and complete any training sessions or assignments as required.
• Perform other tasks or projects as needed/assigned.
• Attend and participate in Monthly Department Meetings.
