JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be tasked to transform the overarching company strategy, into a long-range plan with annual operating and capital budgets. With the use of financial modeling, our Senior Financial Analyst will forecast operating and profitability performance and set annual targets for Key Performance Indicators.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Manage the KPI monitoring process, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Assist the FP&A Director in reviewing and supervising day to day deliverables and analysis produced by the FP&A team
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis including business performance reporting
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision with a high attention to detail
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work with an entrepreneurial mind set
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on analytical capacity

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
• 6 years of experience creating financial models and supporting the business partners with in-depth analysis
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required
• A broad understanding of both accounting and business operations
