JOB SUMMARY:

Do you have an eye for detail and ready to join a growing team? Are you accountable and results-oriented? As an Underwriter, you will become an integral part of the team that processes transactions to comply with the regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing individual files, interacting with outside attorneys nationwide and helping clients complete the sale of their deferred cash flow working to meet personal and team goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing transactions and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Attention to detail
• Managing workflows on the Salesforce CRM platform
• Responsible for assigned files
• Takes conference calls with clients and Insurance Companies 
• Works primarily on contracts back to get them ready to send to the attorney.
• Prepares Lien and Credit Checks
• Works closely with Sales department and attorneys to get necessary information to move file along in the process of funding.
• Takes conference calls with clients and insurance companies.
• Updates Salesforce with all stages of the files.
