PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Billing Analyst supports the billing process through monthly billing, adjustments and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner. They maintain the database by performing data entry, updating and retrieval activities through the generation and formation of applicable reports. The Analyst operates the billing processes through timely and accurate posting of monies received, assisting with reconciliation activities and reporting responsibilities. We will consider fully remote candidates in the Continental US as well as candidates based near our downtown Minneapolis office. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures •Complete data entry operations in applicable systems; ensuring data accuracy and integrity. •Research and resolve reconciliation issues and errors which are semi-routine in nature •Coordinate with cross-divisional teams in the research and resolution of outstanding issues. •Assist with the preparation of reports for management review on a routine basis. •Post electronic and manual receipts; assisting with the maintenance of applicable reports as necessary •Research and apply un-allocated cash. •Oversee accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals. •Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. •Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. •2-3 years' Billing experience. •Accounting software experience required (NetSuite or similar ERP system software preferred). •Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications •Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. •Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask concurrent priorities in an organized manner. •Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.  8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
