The Head of SOX & IA will lead the SOX and Internal Audit function, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer.  This person will have specific responsibility for developing, refining, and executing the SOX testing plan, in accordance with professional best practices, and will provide leadership in driving company-wide culture of integrity, process effectiveness, and convey the value of a strong control environment.
