The Talent Operations & Project Management role operationalizes and executes across the People Development portfolio of initiatives and programs. The emphasis is on operating, managing and executing globally scalable, sustainable, solutions to drive operational execution for our people!

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the operational and project management of initiatives and programs for 8x8 employees, managers, and leaders around the globe. You will work closely with HR and the business to execute learning programs and solutions, as well as follow up on insights for all people development initiatives.
Establish key program metrics, milestones, and goals which align with business goals and OKR’s
Use data insights to propose and implement programmatic improvements and increase effectiveness
Ensure all curriculum content is current, adopted, and impactful to the end user
Partner with speakers on content and ensure a high standard of delivery. Coach speakers to deliver desired outcomes and increase impact
Project manage and oversee delivery and execution of new and existing initiatives, projects, and programs
Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and maintainable
Socialize, brand, market, and scale program content to employees
Track engagement and feedback of programs to ensure program outcomes are on track and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
Iterate on program based on tracking and feedback
Implement our “Leadership Traits” and values in 8x8’s people development process. Track, measure and reiterate to increase adoption and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in related fields desired.
4-6 years of related experience required
Experience working cross-functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure
Highly collaborative and moves fast on executing new ideas and programs
Ability to influence others and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
Exceptional project management skills
Proven ability to solve problems independently and work with minimal supervision
Acute awareness of and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple projects of various complexity
Experience working across various levels of the organization
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal clients and team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very strong general PC skills and ability to pick up new technologies quickly
High-level of proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Sites
