Primary Job Function
Manage major projects or combination of projects. Serve as the business facilitator for all operational projects. Manages the development and implementation ofResponsible for Resource Management, & Project Reporting involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery implementation of new or existing productsprojects.

Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
1. Provide planning, leadership and focus to manage deliverables, scope and objectives of major projects and subprojects;
2. Coordinate activities, tasks and assignments for various project members, resources and partners;
3. Provide business updates as needed regarding project status, resource needs and project risks;
4. Lead and act as a trusted advisor; balance bottom line objectives with long-term interests of the customer;
5. Advisor for people-management activities including but not limited to: mentoring, performance management, administrative duties
6. Travel up to 10% of the time domestically and / or internationally

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical, scientific, business or closely related discipline is desired) AND 9+ years' experience or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence; an advanced degree (such as a Master's or MBA) is preferred; post-graduate education may contribute toward the desired years of experience;
Minimum Experience / Training Required
Typically requires 9+ years of experience to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
Candidates / incumbents should possess the following:
** PMP Certification is REQUIRED
- Experience with Medical Devices preferred
- Experience running Projects
- skilled in effective leadership, planning, analysis and communication;

- ability to be creative in achieving objectives while assuring compliance to internal and external requirements;
