We are ‘Service at Work.’ Job Summary We are searching for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our engaging team in Washington, DC! The HRBP will contribute to and lead the execution of human resources strategies and tactics to support the needs of the leadership team at the client site. The HRBP will lead and facilitate all HR programs and strategies in support of the assigned region through collaboration with senior and mid-level management. Serve as an expert consultant to business leaders for; policies and practices for collective bargaining agreements and employment law by maintaining active knowledge of Human Resources issues, National Labor Relations Board case law and by fostering positive labor/management relations.   Work scope includes but is not limited to; administering and interpreting multiple collective bargaining agreements, interfacing with state and federal agencies, assisting in negotiations planning, bargaining and contract implementation. Serve as a trusted advisor by building strong partnerships with management to enable business changes and working conditions. Provides support to client consultations, grievances and arbitrations. Work strategically and interact with all levels of leadership.
