What does a Home Care Sales Consultant do at companies like ABRAMSON CENTER FOR JEWISH LIFE?
Exciting Sales & Marketing opportunity within the high-profile, growing Abramson Home Care Division!
As the Home Care Sales Consultant, you will develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community to promote Abramson Home Care services throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Montgomery County.
This position requires an individual who is independent, highly motivated, results-driven and able to cultivate/grow strong, lasting relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Report directly to the Director and Vice President of Home Care.
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing facilities, hospital discharge planners, transitional care & rehab facilities, and strategic organizations and associations.
- Help develop and execute a targeted sales strategy that generates increased census and promotes Abramson Home Care’s positive image in the community.
- Conduct sales calls/visits and evaluate results and effectiveness.
- Research and identify referral sources.
- Maintain relationships by communicating with clients via on-site visits, emails, phone calls, and more.
- Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events
- Provide leadership with weekly activities/progress reports.
Additional Details:
- This is a salaried, full-time (exempt) position.
- Bonus eligible based on quantitative goals established by Home Care leadership.
- Must be able to travel 75% of time.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and meet the expectation of conducting 8-10 sales calls/day.
- At least three years of sales experience with a proven record of success in a territory-based position.
- A background in eldercare, home healthcare, medical related sales, or a related industry is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
