A National Management Company, specializing in Self Storage facilities, has an opening for a full-time Marketing Success Manager. This position will be located in our corporate offices in Memphis, TN. The salary for this position is $40,000 / yearly, exempt.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive marking objectives by managing daily marketing campaigns
· Lead end-to-end development of marketing planning and programs – from strategy, briefing, alignment, leadership approval, engagement/communication to property, execution and evaluation
· Attend and lead meeting with vendors, owners, leadership and operations team as needed
· Attend assigned trade shows representing the company
· Coordinate the planning and execution of online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.
· Strategically manage projects to generate insights, prioritize business questions/needs and make recommendations
· Recommend changes to current operating processes and procedures
· Translate consumer insights and learnings into relevant marketing outcomes
· Responsible for monthly tasks including but not limited to:
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to domain system for vanity domain management
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to aggregator partners – including but not limited to: Storage Front, Find Local Storage, Sparefoot, Storage.com
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to website partner
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to advertising program – including but not limited to: Pay Per Click and Facebook.
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to tracking number provider
- Coordinating addition, management, and removal of properties to reputation management program
· Assist with logo design creation
· Assist with and developing property-level marketing program
· Content creation and distribution of monthly blogging and quarterly newsletter
· Oversight in a variety of vendor relationships to improve the performance of the below vendors (not limited to this list):
- Website Provider (Go Local Interactive)
- Print Marketing Vendor (Creative Blend Design)
- Vanity Domain Management (1 and 1 Ion)
- Tracking Number (Marchex)
- Aggregators (listed above)

· Create, monitor, and respond to marketing thread on Marketing Teams channel
· Prepare, create and communicate reports to gain executive approvals and drive team member engagement
· Attend required operational meetings as directed by Supervisor
· Develop and present training materials to the operations team and at a property level, as directed Supervisor
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
· Perform other related duties and complete projects as assigned by Supervisor
