The Customer Experience (CX) Manager will work on the US Direct team, driving a best-in-class online product and shopping experience. You will play a major role in driving on-site engagements through conversion and loyalty, helping transition one-time purchasers into loyalists and loyalists into enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Inform and monitor the activities of the customer service team
  • Field internal (Digital Marketing Manager) and external (Customer Care) product, order and site questions
  • Manage, monitor and engage with on-site reviews through technology platforms, e.g. Power Reviews
  • Lead inventory management/stock positions on Direct sites
  • Define and drive the distribution/shipping process for direct to consumer business
  • Set pricing updates on-site, and provide stock and pricing reports to product managers
  • Oversee the merchandising of products across Direct sites
  • Interface with content teams on site product updates, i.e. additions, removals, versioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
  • 3-5 years of ecommerce, digital or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading customer experience strategies, including managing customer service teams or driving customer service strategies
  • .net CMS (Episerver, others) experience
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
