ACCO Brands is seeking a Manager of Sales, Procurement and Finance Applications Systems who will report to the Director of Enterprise Application.  This role will be responsible for delivering the North American Order to Cash, Procurement and Finance solutions, the implementation program and providing leadership to ongoing operations for these functions. They will work within our current SAP platform and will infuse contemporary thinking and leadership by driving project delivery and sustainable business continuity for the Finance Functions.  


  • Provide capacity planning, budget estimation and delivery management of SAP functional efforts for business transformation projects including Sales, Procurement & Finance Applications Systems.
  • Manage both SAP & Non- SAP Application support, enhancement & Project delivery.
  • Manage an internal ACCO team of Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance & Controlling leads/analysts to prepare design documents, configuration, testing plans.
  • Manage and provide guidance to project resources, including 3rd party consulting resources onsite and offshore.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring as a cornerstone of career development for all directs, facilitating the talent management process that result in a building a talented team.
  • Accountable to plan, manage and deliver scope, capacity, budget and deliverables for functional components of projects.
  • Facilitate interfacing between IT functions and the business functions for Order to Cash, Procurement and Finance Business Functions.
  • Work closely with cross functional SAP teams and business partners efforts to design, develop and test any cross functional solutions.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to provide support in the areas of SAP ABAP development, SAP Basis, SAP Middleware Components, EDI, Reporting, Security and integration with other SAP applications such as TM, EWM.
  • Serve as an SME in routinely briefing key stakeholders on key aspects of integrated design for approved and ongoing initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT communities to help bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions
  • Strong corporate background with similar organization, high proficiency in project and program management as well as IT transformation
  • Serve as lead for dealing with production support or business continuity issues and facilitate group discussion/resolution as necessary for Order to Cash, Procurement and Finance processes



  • A minimum of ten (10) years of SAP functional experience with at least at least three (3) full lifecycle SAP implementations in the areas of SD, MM and FICO.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in managing an IT team or project technology area with responsibility for interfacing with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Deep experience in areas for SAP areas of SD :(Order Management, Pricing, Logistics Execution, Billing/Invoicing, Consignment EDI), MM : (Purchase Orders, Purchase Info Records, Sub Contracting, Purchase requisition, Stock transport Orders,  Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Vendor Confirmations) and FICO : Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Product Costing, Profit Centre Accounting & Profitability Analysis.
  • Leverage SAP knowledge and business experience to identify business processes and issues that can be addressed using SAP.
  • Experience with solving business problems with technology and process.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, problem solve, and implement/modify program/project control processes and/or metrics as needed to ensure target outcomes are achieved.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate project team members that report to other groups in the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and communicate successfully; exhibit excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong IT project and operations experience with exposure to IT/business strategy, process improvements, applications delivery and support.
  • Modern team player who leads by example, an active driver of change and can-do attitude.
  • Active engagement of all relevant stakeholders, communication skills.
