The Sales Support Associate’s primary function is to perform both routine and ad hoc customer-specific tasks as defined by the Senior Sales Support Coordinators and/or department Director. This role will require an individual who has the aptitude to learn quickly, flexibility to adjust priorities daily, demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to work with many different disciplines within the team and organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Under the guidance of the Sr. Sales Support Coordinator provides and maintains SKU level data requirements directly into customer’s portals, data sync and/or alternate interface tools defined by the customer to set up ACCO Brands item based on customer requirements and timeline.  This includes copy/content and image requirements as required.
• Provides routine and ad hoc support to Sales Support Coordinators in support of overall sales/customer presentations, catalog review activity, etc.
• Assist with setting up new factories in Retail Link and assist with the on-going oversite of factory audits to ensure all are up to date.
• Assist with Consumer Testing requirements (CTL) per Walmart requirements.
• Provides support to the department in documenting and maintaining procedures and policies.
• Will work with an eye towards continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as required for the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a business administration environment.
• Must have strong computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required, Oracle/SAP knowledge a plus.
• Excellent organization/prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, adapt to change and meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment while focusing on accuracy and timelines.
• Must have the ability and aptitude to quickly learn new tasks.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Must be energetic, flexible, self-directed & able to participate in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate with varying levels of internal & external customers.
