As a Dispatch Coordinator-Key Accounts, you will be responsible for building loads of vehicles by utilizing technology to assign carriers and drivers for specific key accounts.  This role is focused on our key house accounts as well our extensive network of carriers.

What will you be doing?

• Communicate and problem solve with dispatch staff and other departments

• Analyze reports to find discrepancies in paperwork.

• Talk with customers to confirm availability before orders are dispatched out.

• Utilize transportation management system to dispatch vehicles to carriers.

• Move freight for buyers, including building and pricing loads, posting loads, bumping pay, negotiating pricing, and making cold calls.

• Build and maintain relationships with preferred carriers to include identifying and negotiating with new carriers to run our lanes. 

• Assist in building loads, swapping Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINS), and helping with gate passes/releases or other transport issues as needed.

• Audit dispatch comments for accuracy and follow up on any delays/push backs.

• Seek opportunities to bundle/offer aged units.

• Send transport invoices and BOLs to buyers. 

• Help locate units marked delivered, but not on-site. 

• Send releases to drivers when buyers send them in.

• Deliver daily reports to key stakeholders.

• Responsible for technology enhancements.

• Manage all day-to-day client resolutions.

• Work with dispatch team to book and track moves.

• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education: 

• Experience with transportation software or Call Center Environment environments

• Minimum of GED or HS diploma required.

• Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Excel a plus 

• Experience in a Windows computer system environment and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Compensation:  $18/hr with bonus opportunities
