We are looking for a Compliance Paralegal to to collaborate with business leaders and supporting partners to actively instill and support a Culture of Compliance in our Real Estate Marketplace

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

• Instilling a culture of compliance by partnering with Market Real Estate leadership and their teams to maintain and manage risks
• Identifying risks and remediate as needed. Creating and consolidating compliance reporting
• Organizing and overseeing tasks involving regulatory complaints, Real Estate Commission (REC) inquiries and other litigation matters relating to compliance
• Analyzing, suggesting and implementing procedural changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Tracking developments in federal, state and local laws and client requirements

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  You have...

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)
• Experience in the real estate industry or a law firm setting. Extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Paralegal license. Demonstrated the ability to effectively manage a high number of eviction cases in a fast paced, competitive environment
