Job Title:  Sales Support Specialist

Location: Franklin, TN

Reports to: Sales Support Supervisor

This position supports all of our retail sales team, and retail accounts that carry Ancient Nutrition products. This person is vital to the success of the retail channel through various efforts that ensures the retail channel can achieve its goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily inbound and outbound contact with sales reps, customers and consumers via phone, email and fax
• Assist clients and sales reps in setting up accounts and procuring products
• Processing sales orders (regular, promotional, back orders)
• Assist customers and sales reps to resolve problems and concerns
• Assist team in achieving sales/satisfaction targets
• Provide superior customer service and product support

Core Attributes:

• Customer service or sales background with great communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Inbound and outbound calling experience
• Good listening and customer relationship building skills
• Quick learner with ease in understanding new products
• Pleasant, dependable, punctual and reliable
• Ability to apply yourself and work well in a team environment
• Experience in the natural products industry a plus
• Customer service, call center, product support: 1 year
