Account Executive, Ticket Sales – Cheez-It Bowl
The Account Executive, Tickets Sales is responsible for selling all products relating to the Cheez-It Bowl. The primary expectation of this position is to maximize all revenue opportunities of memberships, hospitality, suites and group sales through outbound calls, meetings and generated lead efforts.
This is currently a full-time, exempt, "at will" position. Compensation is base salary plus commission and will report to the Director of Ticket Sales.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Effectively execute sales calls, meetings and presentations with prospective clients to meet established ticketing goals of the Cheez-It Bowl
- Prospect and target a range of clientele with available ticket products, including but not limited to, season ticket members, group leaders and business executives
- Prospecting calls and executing meetings will be required daily for revenue generation
- Accurately produce prospect and sales reports on a weekly basis
- Work cohesively with other ticket department team members to effectively execute sales and operations initiatives
- Attend and participate in organizational meetings, client entertainment and other Fiesta Bowl sponsored events
- Work scheduled shifts during each organizational event
- Assist client services in member inquires and concerns
- Represent the Organization in a professional, and ethical manner
- Manage daily activity using a ticketing systems database (Paciolan)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to build relationships through strong daily outbound call prospecting
- Past positive sales results utilizing booked/executed meetings with prospective clients on a weekly basis
- Experience in handling heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound
- College graduate (4) year degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years sales experience in sports or entertainment industry preferred
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Paciolan ticketing & CRM system experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as dictated by events
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook computer skills
