Premium Sales Manager – The Arizona Sports Foundation
The Premium Sales Manager is responsible for selling products relating to the Fiesta Bowl, Fiesta Events, and Guaranteed Rate Bowl. The primary expectation of this position is to maximize revenue opportunities of memberships, hospitality, premium and group sales through outbound calls, meetings, and generated lead efforts. Other sellable assets include but are not limited to Par3 Challenge and the Kickoff Luncheon.
 
This is currently full-time, exempt, at will position and will report to the Director of Ticket Sales.  Current compensation is base salary plus commission.
 
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
  • Effectively execute sales calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients to meet established ticketing and Fiesta Event sales goals
  • Prospect and target a range of clientele with available ticket products, including but not limited to season ticket members, group leaders and business executives
  • Prospecting calls and executing meetings are required daily for revenue generation
  • Accurately produce prospect and sales reports on a weekly basis
  • Work cohesively with other ticket department team members to effectively execute sales and operations initiatives
  • Attend and participate in organizational meetings, client entertainment and other company sponsored events representing the organization in a professional and ethical manner
  • Work scheduled shifts during organizational events 
  • Assist client services in member inquires and concerns
  • Manage daily activity using a ticketing systems database (Paciolan)
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in building relationships through strong daily outbound call prospecting, 
  • History of successfully booking and executing meetings externally  with prospective clients 
  • Experience in handling heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound as well as proven customer service skills required
  • Degree preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in sports or entertainment industry
  • Paciolan ticketing & CRM system experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook computer skills
