Job Description
Independently closeout cost type contracts and task orders using their knowledge of Government closeout regulations, contract terms, and company policies and procedures. Contracts and task orders vary in complexity and require attention to details. Contract Closeout Specialists perform multiple reconciliations, which may include, but are not limited to, billed to AR reconciliation, unbilled analysis, funding analysis, etc. Prepare cost models for final vouchers or use the accounting system to prepare final vouchers, and prepare and maintain all supporting documentation for audit of final vouchers.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong excel skills

Preferred Skills and Education

• Prior contract closeout experience
• Accounts receivable experience
• Deltek CostPoint experience
• Billing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CAS/FAR knowledge
