We are growing and seeking a skilled Compounder .  Beauty Quest Group’s Rantoul manufacturing facility processes, fills and packages a wide variety of quality premium brand liquid and aerosol personal care products.  Our Rantoul Distribution Center warehouses and distributes a wide variety of personal care products and appliances.

We have full-service contract manufacturing capabilities including project management, innovation and R&D, sourcing and procurement, blending and compounding, filling and packaging, supply chain and distribution, and quality control. COMPOUNDER:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for this opportunity. Ideal candidate will be responsible for creating product batches safely and efficiently following established procedures in a manner that minimizes product losses and adjustments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Perform all tasks in a fashion that assures personal safety and the safety of others.
2. Follow proper batching and sanitation procedures for compounding.
3. Maintain the necessary documentation and distribute appropriately.
4. Check release tags to confirm that all batch components are correct and unexpired.
5. Communicate with the Production Department to ensure that batch back-ups exist to respond to production needs.
6. Perform Compounder B duties as necessary.
7. Adhere to good housekeeping practices and clean spills promptly.
8. Follow all company policies, procedures and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
9. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor or Leads.

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EDUCATION:

1. Physical ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. safely using proper lifting technique.
2. Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. safely using proper lifting technique.
3. Physical ability to occasionally push and pull up to 140 lbs. safely to maneuver drums weighing up to 610 lbs using proper technique.

4.    Ability to manage multiple priorities.

5.    Must possess attention to detail and good math skills.

6.    Must know GMP’s and ensure adherence to GMP’s at all times.

7.    Competence in the knowledge of proper materials control.

8.     Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
