Job Description

The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for client management, including: benefit program design and implementation, project management, and delivering an overall excellent experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• All account management including: implementation, day-to-day client service, relationship building, and renewal management (including in person/virtual open enrollment meetings)
• Provide strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ benefit programs
• Team player and the ability to understands clients' needs by bringing other subject matter experts from Benefit Intelligence into meetings
• Educate clients on benefit plan management and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Create and conduct employee education sessions at open enrollment and when requested
• Manage client projects to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client service, business development, and relationship building
• Strong project management skills 
• Ability to multitask and work with a variety of groups 
• Ability to communicate with (HR, CEO, CFO, Owner, Office Manager) level
• Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
• Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Team player with a can do attitude
