Role Overview

BGRS, a leading provider of talent mobility solutions for corporate and government clients worldwide, has an exciting opportunity for a junior Salesforce Administrator, looking for the next step in their career, to join the Global Marketing and Communications team to support and enhance the use of the CRM platform across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, customizations, reporting, business analysis and maintenance of the CRM and third party connected applications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for all areas of the CRM administration such as, but not limited to, end-user support and troubleshooting, user provisioning, security administration, data management, system configuration, customization, workflow management, reporting, and deployment.
  • Build and maintain system automations based on business need
  • Enhance and maintain reports and dashboards to support business functions across the organization
  • Collaborate with functional SMEs to integrate related metrics and enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities across marketing and business development functions.
  • Partner across related functions, such as campaign, bid and IT management to support administration and/or integration of related marketing and business development automation platforms.
  • Develop documentation of existing systems and procedures
  • Establish training material as needed and provide user training
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • At least 1 year in a Salesforce administrator role, preferably within B2B and/or Professional Services organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and communicate with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication, presentation and collaboration skills to work with and influence stakeholders across the business and at all levels.
  • Ability to plan, collaborate and manage multiple assignments to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong plus:
    • Direct experience with a recent CRM implementation.
    • Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation & Analytics
    • Knowledge of sales enablement and/or marketing and proposal automation tools
    • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
