WHO YOU ARE: ​

The Collections Representative will be responsible  for daily contact with customers on outstanding invoices, while building a relationship to  ensure continued timely payments. The primary functions include review and collection of  delinquent accounts and maintaining a detailed record of activity. In addition, negotiate  payment arrangements and soliciting any discrepancies. 

You will primarily be responsible for the following: 

• Maintaining frequent outbound calls to customers with outstanding invoices to solicit payments. 
• Negotiating account resolution and accurately input and document actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity  standards. 
• Maintaining up-to-date customer contact information in the company’s systems. 
• Supporting other customer service needs to facilitate teamwork in the department. 
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively  listening to their concerns 
• Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customer’s issues using  problem-solving skills 

Requirements: 

• Experience working in a Customer Service and Collections related field. 
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments 
• Strong problem solving, research and resolution, and data analysis skills 
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with challenging projects.  
• Strong​ phone communication, follow up, and customer relation skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
