We are seeking a Driver for Medical Center to transport patients between residence and Primary Care appointments (to and from). 

Starting at $10/hr. 

Responsibilities:

• Transport patients between residence and Primary Care appointments (to and from)
• Maintain safe communication with Transportation Dispatcher regarding schedules and incidents impacting schedule or route
• Follow maintenance schedule as outlined by Dispatcher to ensure van is clean and in proper working condition at all times
• Follow written or oral instructions from management
• Demonstrate flexibility in special situations
• Perform other duties as instructed by management
• Provide back up for different facilities as needed
• Travel among company facilities

Qualification/Education:

• High School diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 2 years' driving experience
• A valid Florida driver’s license with no violations or accidents in the last 24 months (required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Creole (preferred)
