What does an Payroll Administrator / Accounting Associate - $26 to $30/hour depending on experience do at companies like CCL LABEL?
Responsibilities Include:
Payroll
- Process payroll for 230 Lumberton and 70 Moorestown employees using ADP. This includes, but is not limited to, all functions required to set up employees in ADP, rate changes, terminations, wage garnishments, employment verifications, PTO and vacation tracking
- Provide prescribed ADP reports to various department heads
- Prepare payroll journal entries
Finance
- Process customer invoices, credit memos, and debit memos
- Prepare daily sales reporting
- Monitor Accounts Receivable balances for past-dues and contact customers as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise and current experience with ADP Workforce is mandatory
- Experience with General Ledger and AR systems required; J.D.E and PRMS experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment, coupled with the ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times in the protection of confidential payroll information
