Citizens State Bank is seeking a highly motivated employee with a passion for five-star customer service, to fill a in-person Marketing Specialist position in our La Crosse location. This individual will be responsible for the development of effective, secure, and timely internal and external Marketing communications, including but not limited to, promotions, advertising, print ordering, monitoring & updating web-based software, brand management, social media, video, and other digital Marketing platforms. 

This individual will represent the Bank professionally at various Bank activities, marketing the Bank at college orientations, and other community events. Candidates will need to possess a spirited, creative, and out-of-the box thinking-willing to collaborate and share ideas, a keen attention to detail, exceptional task management skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills, along with being a great team player. The ability to motivate and influence others through leadership and office cheerleading is a must. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Graphic Design, or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise is strongly preferred. Previous experience in photoshop and photography is a plus. The use of Adobe Suite and knowledge of print design is essential.
