Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill an Operations Specialist position in our La Crosse office. This is a fulltime Monday thru Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00PM) position with rotating Saturdays until noon.
As an Operations Specialist, you will help provide customer service and support to the Banks customers and the retail offices, ensuring to provide and carry out the Bank’s mission: “To provide an experience like no other”. It is essential our applicants be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive can-do attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. For the candidate to be able to deliver the #citizensexperience, the candidate must also have superior customer service and computer skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Operation duties will include providing top notch customer service in-person and over the phone, while researching, and answering customers questions regarding account history & transactions, along with offering support for debit card maintenance & disputes. In addition, this individual will process ACH & Wire requests and provide support to our electronic banking services, which include digital banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit capture, and online statements. Previous banking/Operations experience is preferred, but not required.
