Cornerstone Care is seeking a Healthcare Receptionists for our Rogersville office to perform efficient and accurate processing of patient visits including insurance verification, registration, scheduling, payments and checkout while maintaining positive patient/visitor relations. Needs to be able to answer incoming calls regarding COVID vaccinations and testing, as well.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Communicates effectively with a broad range of patients, community and organizational members. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate with related training or commensurate experience. Strong communications skills. Ability to work in settings independent of immediate supervision. Proficiency in office computing and information management technology. Ability to accurately record data. Ability to rapidly assimilate and effectively disseminate information.
