Responsibilities:

• Able to work Monday - Friday 7am-5pm /Saturday 7am- 5pm (Usually once a month)

• Answer phone calls and requests via Autopoint/Multipoint software to address any concerns with the highest level of response and attention.
• Receive stock, pick, ship and transact materials inventory to support the needs of Service Department.
• Accurately record parts transactions and data into CDK Dealer Management System – attention to detail critical.
• Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging issues from our internal and external suppliers.
• Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time with our Service Team, including regular updates.
• Follow up with customer on parts order and ensure complete satisfaction with the order.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Help maintain cleanliness of parts department.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 + year parts advisor experience in an FCA automotive dealership environment preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required, prior CDK experience will get preference
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license
• Highly motivated and punctual
• Professional appearance and personality
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Must pass an extensive personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
