Position Title: Dental Accounts Experience Manager

Department:      Operations

Reports to:         Vice President, Professional Services

Overall responsibility:

We are looking for a friendly & enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a high paced environment to join our team. Ideal candidates have a high level of independence & ownership, loves to provide amazing customer experiences, enjoys strategy and data driven projects.  Candidates enjoy visiting with customers via multiple communication channels as well as in-person interaction. Role responsibilities include – Lab and Surgery Centers ZIMBIS Solution utilization audits, database optimization reviews, report dissemination, business reviews, performing Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and fundamental system functionality knowledge for training and Customer Support escalation purposes.

Extensive Dental Surgery Center and/or Dental Lab industry experience with day-to-day workflow, patient care, systems management, account management, and/or Dental Office/Lab experience is desired.  This position may require occasional travel.

The Dental Account Experience Manager candidates are dynamic, client centric, project focused, comfortable, and knowledgeable in the following job roles:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build relationships with our newly implemented ZIMBIS Solution customers
  • Customer Adoption: Manage our new Customer experience with their ZIMBIS Cloud software and technology ensuring they achieve sustainable value with the ZIMBIS solution suite
  • Customer Retention: Uncover workflow management opportunities, challenges - present and manage resolution, solution and system optimization
  • Customer Expansion: Identify inventory optimization and system efficiency maximization opportunities with our customers including technology expansion
  • Coordinate, Manage, and Track ZIMBIS accounts and client success experiences
  • Lead ZIMBIS solution webinar trainings for Surgical and Lab Community
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Pre-Implementation, Implementation, Integration, Support, and Development teams transforming our customer needs into new features and products
  • Prepare account status reports for ZIMBIS management and executive leadership
  • Perform ROI Analysis for individual and corporate ZIMBIS accounts
  • Complete System Optimization Audits

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to provide clear and effective oral and written communication
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-management; work independently and effectively
  • Passion for amazing customer experiences
  • Effective problem-solver
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Strategic planning
  • Works well in a dynamic team environment
  • Dental industry experience, minimum of 1 year

Preferred:

  • Understanding of interaction of software/hardware applications and accessories
  • Exposure to software interface technologies SAS, DNS, WinOMS, OMSVision, LabNext, ABS other software suites
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Customer Success Management/Account Management experience, minimum of 1 year

Location:

  • Phoenix Corporate Office
  • Travel 15-25% to customer locations, Dental community events, or team-building celebrations

Education/Licenses/Certifications Desired:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

Employee Classification:

Salary: 

  • $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year DOE
