About the Role

The Manager of Client Success is an instrumental role within ERGO that paves the way for us to effectively deliver better, bigger outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day for key programs and be responsible for anticipating client needs, quickly solving problems and constantly evaluating and optimizing the way we work.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a trusted partner in delivering quality, innovative work, above and beyond client expectations.
  • Set up all projects for success with the right resources, timelines and client alignment.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Skillfully navigate client relationships to ensure we are in lock step from the onset of an engagement.
  • Anticipate the needs of projects to prevent roadblocks and potential issues.
  • Decode all client requests to create a clear, actionable plan.
  • Evaluate and articulate feedback clearly with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate reference materials and draft tactical briefs for content, data and tech teams.  
  • Facilitate the decision-making process by getting the right people together at the right time.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing, channels and technologies in order to drive program innovation.  
  • Develop detailed scopes of works and estimates and consider the impact on margins and revenue targets.
