EVERFI is looking for an individual to work alongside Enterprise Sales leaders to acquire and maximize sales on the largest, most influential accounts at the organization. The Associate Account Executive will partner with and support a dedicated member of the Enterprise sales team to drive sales strategy development, planning, and execution, sales support, creative proposals and any additional strategic initiatives required to hit the revenue targets of the Enterprise sales team. EVERFI is looking for a dynamic individual who is sales driven, solutions-oriented, self-motivated, creative yet analytical, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a rapid growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support an Enterprise Sales member throughout the sales process to achieve quota target. This includes facilitating the identification of top prospects and customers with upsell potential 
  • Conduct in-depth account and contact research to inform short term and long term account strategies and planning
  • Prospect and identify strong opportunities in the Enterprise team’s territory by researching, cold calling, creating and generating thoughtful email outreach
  • Build and cultivate positive relationships with prospects through a consultative process. This includes organizing and participating in on-site meetings and presentations with potential & current customers, as needed and in support of the Enterprise Sales member
  • Join sales calls to synthesize information pertinent to the potential client and develop succinct and compelling messaging and assets for the Enterprise Sales member to use in future client meetings 
  • Assist in identifying creative needs throughout sales process, build compelling materials customized to account and stakeholder needs, and collaborate with the correct internal stakeholders to inform sales assets 
  • Support customers in the evaluation process by articulating the value of EVERFI’s  solutions and explaining how they can address their specific needs 
  • Assist the Enterprise Sales member in developing potential custom opportunities with prospects and finding unique applications of existing product offerings  
  • Gather, document and provide market feedback to internal teams to help tailor and refine EVERFI products, sales and marketing materials for all stages of the sales process
  • Coordinate and project manage cross-functionally to help inform and progress sales opportunity development and to meet stakeholder needs
  • Represent the EVERFI brand alongside the Enterprise Sales member via client calls, presentations and at events in a positive, substantive and enthusiastic manner
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of Account Management, Agency, Sales, or Sales Development experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding targets 
  • Ability to meet individual goals while directly supporting achievement of team revenue goals
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written; ability to adjust message to various audience
  • Self-motivated, solutions-driven, creative and detailed oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration, relationship and probing skills
  • Aspire to grow professionally through coaching and development 
  • Proficient with Google Suite, including Slides and Sheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; work well under pressure
  • Experience in or background in education preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
