What does an Human Resource Generalist do at companies like FAMILY CARE PARTNERS?

Performs Human Resource related duties and has responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, employee relations, administration of medical/dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, benefits, worker’s compensation, leave of absences, 401k plan.  Acts as liaison between employees, insurance providers. Maintains personnel files and all administrative duties associated.

Education:  

1)    A Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of Human Resources experience OR

2)    Three to fie years of experience in the HR field, OR

3)    Any similar combination of education and experience.

4)    Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

Experience:  One to two years experience in Human Resources Management.

Certified/license:  SPHR/PHR preferred.
