Job Summary:
The Receptionist is a service oriented role as the face of the Finish Line / JD US Customer Central corporate office responsible for fielding all incoming calls, greeting guests, and directing them to the appropriate parties by performing the following duties:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 2 or more years related experience in a fast-paced Receptionist or office management role. Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office equivalents, especially calendar and email.

Communication Skills:
This position requires the ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The position also requires the ability write and type reports, emails, business correspondence, and procedure manuals as well as being able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of peers, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Decision Making/Problem Solving Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exits. Ability to interpret and utilize a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form with little direction given.
Computer Skills:
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel and an email system.
