We are currently seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to help drive sales in the residential market in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is an opening to an amazing career with a well-recognized and respected brand that will provide opportunities for continued professional development and long-term promotion and advancement. This full time hands-on position will be based out of our beautiful San Francisco, CA showroom location, and you will report directly to our Director of Sales. The Role

• Meeting and exceeding monthly/yearly sales goals
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients and team that promote values 
• Prospecting and establishing a strong client base and cultivating long lasting relationships with clients, using in person, virtual, phone, email, social media & design skills.
• Educating customers in all aspects of our products.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Support Team to provide clients with a seamless, best-in-class experience
• Serving as a Fireclay Tile Brand Ambassador, representing our core values including:

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Are highly personable and skilled at interacting with clients and prospects across all levels.
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate computer savvy with ability to navigate first-to-market sales tools, reference materials and digital training resources. Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Houzz, Pinterest and LinkedIn are a plus!
• Possesses a solution-oriented philosophy with client projects, sales targets, and when collaborating with team members
• Delights in problem solving using right and left brain thinking; merging logical creative  
• Enjoys interior design and feels a connection to handmade materials
• Have a passion for exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to organize workload and manage time efficiently.
• Service oriented individuals, with a passion for connecting with current and future clients.
• Comfort level with change and the desire to take risks to achieve results.
• Ability to do basic math to ensure counting and measuring can be done to assist clients and do spatial planning.
• A background and/or strong interest in interior design.
