GRANULAR Creative Producer Salary in the United States

A successful Creative Producer will have both a project management background and working knowledge of the creative design process. This person will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, culturally diverse group. Using these skills, they will help ensure marketing and brand projects are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected within our project management software, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met. This role also includes coordinating work with our creative and agency partners, and may also include some project management and writing of marketing tactics. The Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated and strategic individual with experience and passion for our industry and excellent communication and customer service skills. This individual will also serve as our master content archiver to ensure content is up-to-date and repurposed as much as possible.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Work closely with Brand Design Manager and Content Manager to monitor campaigns and project progress and assist with:
  • tracking job schedules
  • routing work for approvals
  • tracking changes
  • arranging logistics when needed
  • communicating changes and project status
  • expediting requirements
  • Trouble-shooting, when necessary
• Work with designers to ensure they have the information they need, and that projects are flowing and setup correctly in Asana
• Assist Content Marketing Managers with Asana project setup when needed and ensure projects are flowing and deadlines are doable
• Manage all key projects of the Marketing team
• Manage content on SendMe (collateral inventory and print-on-demand site)
• Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing collateral
• Manage customer testimonial repository, including customer releases/headshots
• Maintain photo and other media files / marketing materials
• Help coordinate with agency partner relationships and act as the team’s main point-of-contact
• Help coordinate schedules for planning meetings, production timelines, and consolidate the Granular team’s feedback
• Propose and track budgets
• Craft and submit project RFPs

Our Ideal Candidate:

• BA or BS, with communication, advertising and/or marketing
• At least 2-3 years experience with strong marketing project management experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines
• Mange traffic and monitor resource requirements
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, effectively manage time and operate with a sense of urgency
• Can quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change
• Strong communication abilities; written and verbal
• Hands on experience working in a project management system like Asana is a plus
• Familiarity and some experience with agriculture industry
• Ability to consistently audit and propose re-purposing content to get the most mileage out of it
• Strong team player, with the confidence to stick up for strategy/content that you believe in, while also effectively collaborating with team members to group-think, strategize, and move the needle forward together
• A natural at project management techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
